I do the basics. I'm a naturally fit person due to my military upbrining. But I have to keep toned. I like my body and I keep it challenged!

My Daily Maintenance:

2-3 mile run
at least 70 Push Ups
at least 100 sit-ups
Some Flutter kicks for burn out
Focus triceps (Overhead weights)
Focus Biceps (Curls)
Bench Press with free weights (Dumb bells)

My diet is whatever I want. I hardly over eat... Mostly I forget to eat. I try to take a vitamin when I can.
